FCC's Jimmy McLaughlin has only played against Valencia "on FIFA"

FC Cincinnati, just a few days ago, announced their summer international friendly will be held against Valencia C.F.

Bringing in this European powerhouse follows FCC's wish to continue raising popularity of the sport in the Queen City. The game will be played on July 22 at Nippert Stadium at 7:00 pm ET.

After the news broke, FOX 19's reporter Joe Danneman asked beloved winger Jimmy McLaughlin if he had ever played with or against any of the guys on Valencia. His answer of "Yeah. On FIFA." is a testament of the pedigree that FCC is bringing in. On a side note, I'm curious just how good Jimmy is at FIFA.

McLaughlin, 24, has been consistently starting at left wing for the wildly popular FCC. His shiftiness on the field is one of the many reasons that he has become a fan-favorite. McLaughlin, who has the second most shots on the time behind just Djiby Fall, has also shown his ability to create chances even though he has just one goal.

His time in the MLS will also come in handy as the team is looking to advance to the highest level of American soccer.
